What this protein packed meal lacks in curb appeal, it makes up for in nutritional value.
Turkey is a great source of lean protein but can be a bit dry. Adding the spinach and the additional spices is the perfect combination for a delicious meal. Enjoy warm or cold!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 package onion soup mix
- Chopped spinach
- Cumin (to taste)
- Chili powder (to taste)
Directions:
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish
- Combine all ingredients
- Bake @350 for 30 minutes
