Tim Nassen

Tim Nassen has been involved in strength training at various levels for more than 40 years.  He retired from 30 years in education ending as an Athletic Director.  He competed in Strongman for a number of years, but had to retire due to injuries.  Now he competes in Master's Bodybuilding and coaches at several gyms in the St. Joseph, MO area.
